The First Batch of Enterprises Officially Settled In Huaqiang Idea Park

On June 21st, the first batch of enterprises officiallysigned agreements and settled in the Huaqiang Idea Park. Nearly 400 culture,industrial design and technology research and development enterprises willenter the park by the end of 2019.

Huaqiang Idea Park is located in Guangming District,Shenzhen City, next to the Guangming Cheng High-speed Railway Station. Itcovers an area of 230,000 square meters and has a construction area of 800,000square meters. The park is city-industry integration ecological product withthe functions of innovative business work, youth apartment, BLOCK commercialbusiness, art hotel and comprehensive operation. The project at present hasgathered high-quality resources such as China International New Media ShortFilm Festival, Tencent Entertainment E-sports Game Platform, and artificialintelligence innovation resources from Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater BayArea.

Thepark has been constructed in phases, and the construction of the R&D officeand supporting dormitory of 231,100 square meters has been completed. After thecompletion of the project, more than 2,000 domestic and foreign enterpriseswill be introduced into the park, attracting more than 40,000 high-end talents.
